Summary
In South Korea, where the juvenile law has been abolished and rehabilitation centers for juvenile offenders have been established, Min-su, who has been wrongfully accused of murder and sent to a rehabilitation center, realizes that it is a hell from which he can never escape through normal means. Min-su\'s older brother, Yu-seong, infiltrates the rehabilitation center as a guard to save his brother in crisis... A desperate struggle for survival and escape unfolds as the two brothers fight against false justice!
