U.C. 0096 – As the conflict between the Earth Federation Forces and the Neo Zeon remnants, known as the Laplace Incident, draws to a close, a new mission is given to the unofficial mercenary unit Argent Keel, which undertakes missions for both the Federation and Zeon alike: the assassination of a high-ranking Federation official. It was by no means a major operation. However, this job shakes up the existence of Argent Keel, which has remained silent for a long time, and unearths the truth that has been hidden as an illusion.
