Summary

The protagonist is visiting a shrine together with a girl named Mochizuki, and he can't help but praise the kimonos worn by other girls... yet the one he actually wants to compliment is hers. That puts Mochizuki-san in the mood to roast some mochi.

Note: This and the title mochi o yaku (もちを焼く) "to roast mochi" is a play on words that sounds like the phrase yakimochi o yaku (焼もちを焼く) which means "to be jealous".
