During her teenage years, Satomi Azusa was a celebrated gravure idol and an exceptionally talented baseball player. Despite her skills, she was not allowed to join her school's team due to her gender. Her father, who happened to be the team's coach, devised a plan to fulfill his daughter's dream. He enlisted Azusa's childhood friend, Hirayama Keita, to take her place on the team.
