In Fuuto, criminals transform into powerful monsters known as Dopants using USB-like devices called "Gaia Memories," causing chaos. However, there are heroes who fight back, including the tough detective Shoutarou Hidari and his witty partner Philip, who become Kamen Rider W to protect the city. Although the Museum, the notorious criminal organization behind many of the crimes in Fuuto, has fallen and Gaia Memories are no longer produced or sold, remnants of the devices are still present and traded on the black market at exorbitant prices. As a result, Narumi Detective Agency continues to battle against Dopants and provide assistance to clients who report supernatural occurrences.
