The story: (Arthur) wakes up from sleep and starts enjoying his normal day, but bad things always happen. ... Arthur tries to solve the issue of evil in the world, which constantly brings him harm. However, there are always obstacles in his path to success. Organizations, teams, murder, crimes, bloodshed, death, darkness, light, evil, and good. Story Genre: Mystery, Action, Drama, Shonen, Sci-Fi.
A decade ago, he was taken in by an unknown person. However, he has no recollection of who took him. What he does remember is being incarcerated in a private jail for the past ten years, with no rationale given. His only connection to the world outside is through a TV and the chatter of his fellow inmates. As time passes by, he loses himself and becomes a perilous individual. Suddenly, he is set free without any explanation. He is drugged, put inside a trunk, and left in a park. When he wakes up, he realizes he has the freedom to rebuild his shattered life ... with vengeance leading the way. The final chapter features an epilogue.

The power of this wish almost rips the fabric of time and space but it is ultimately granted. But of course such a wish has unforseen consequences, including the fact that Keiichi lives in a guys-only dorm. When his roommates return to find him with a woman on the premises, he is immediately tossed out on to the street. But the wish also has other unexpected side effects - such as when Keiichi and Belldandy are in peril of being separated, a motorcycle is suddenly repaired so that they can travel together.
