During a school trip, Oribe Mutsumi and her classmates were left marooned on an island after an unfortunate airplane crash. Mutsumi, utilizing her vast wilderness expertise, took it upon herself to locate other survivors and assist them through the ordeal. Believing that they would be rescued in a mere three days, Mutsumi remained optimistic about their chances of survival. However, the island was home to massive deadly bugs that she never could have anticipated. Her in-depth knowledge of butterflies, wasps, and other insects may be the key to ensuring her classmates' safe rescue.
The plot of Koe de Oshigoto! follows the tale of Aoyagi Kanna, a young girl of sixteen, who is approached on her birthday by her elder sister. The latter, a twenty-eight-year-old working at an erotic game firm, urges Kanna to lend her voice to the company's risqué productions.

They handle a variety of issues, from handling disruptive club members to drafting love letters and searching for lost pets. Their dedication to helping those in need earns them the admiration and respect of the entire school.

Yatsuki Nishizuru works part-time in Akihabara and has the unique ability to see and talk to spirits, specifically the youkai that reside in the area. Yatsuki and Rokka carry out an exorcism to save her, attracting the attention of Nagi, Momo's sister, who is a professional medium. In exchange for their assistance in eliminating dangerous youkai in Akihabara, Nagi vows to find a way to reunite Nanao's spirit with her body. Aware of the dangerous spirit world, Yatsuki embarks on a dangerous journey to restore his sister's spirit to her body, risking his life in the process.
